Electric operating tables are a very popular device in hospitals, which can be adjusted to the desired position and greatly reduce the labor of medical staff. Very suitable for surgeries in the urinary system, gynecology, and orthopedics. However, long-term use may cause the electric operating table to tilt. What is the reason and how can it be resolved?
Electric operating tables are a very popular device in hospitals, which can be adjusted to the desired position and greatly reduce the labor of medical staff. Very suitable for surgeries in the urinary system, gynecology, and orthopedics. However, long-term use may cause the electric operating table to tilt. What is the reason and how can it be resolved?
Firstly, determine if the solenoid valve is faulty. There are two ways to determine: one is to measure the resistance with a multimeter, and the other is to place it on a metal to see if there is any suction.
Then determine if the compression pump is faulty. Firstly, check if there is voltage on the compression pump and measure the resistance of the compression pump using a multimeter. If all of the above are normal, it is basically caused by ineffective commutation capacitance.
The electric operating table has movement in one direction and no movement in the other direction. Unilateral non action faults are usually caused by electromagnetic directional valves. The malfunction of the electromagnetic directional valve may be caused by poor control circuit or mechanical jamming of the directional valve. The specific inspection method is to measure whether there is voltage in the directional valve. If there is voltage, disassemble the directional valve and clean it.
Due to long-term use, there may be a small amount of impurities on the movable shaft of the switch valve, which can cause the shaft to jam and result in the operating table being able to operate in only one direction. The operating table will automatically descend when in use, but the speed is very slow. This situation often occurs on mechanical operating tables, mainly due to pump failure. After using the operating table for a few years, small impurities may remain at the intake valve, leading to minor internal leaks. The solution is to disassemble the lifting pump, clean it with gasoline, especially check the oil inlet valve.
